UIMF received top mention in Classic FM magazine's guide to summer festivals. In his opening introduction, Editor John Evans writes "As usual, we've divided the UK by region so you can quickly locate your nearest and best festivals. Saying that I'll be cranking up the motor and pointing it north to the Ulverston International Music Festival."
